Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CronSpark ("Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

CronSpark lets you schedule HTTP requests ("Jobs") to be executed automatically at times you configure, and notifies you by email and/or webhook when a Job fails. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, availability, or behavior of the endpoints you configure CronSpark to call.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Schedule requests to endpoints you do not own or have authorization to call;
  • Attempt to access internal/private network addresses, cloud metadata endpoints, or otherwise circumvent our request-validation safeguards;
  • Send spam, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise overload third-party systems;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to compromise the security of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice.

4. Plans, Pricing & Billing

CronSpark offers a Free plan with limited features and a paid Pro plan billed monthly. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain Pro access until then, after which your account reverts to the Free plan and any data or configuration exceeding Free plan limits may be disabled.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled Jobs will execute at the exact configured time. CronSpark is not suitable for use cases where missed or delayed executions could cause significant harm.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CronSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
