Refund Policy

This policy describes how refunds and cancellations work for CronSpark Pro subscriptions.

1. Subscription Billing

CronSpark Pro is billed monthly in advance. Your subscription automatically renews each billing period until you cancel.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals — you will keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for, with no further charges afterward.

3. Refund Eligibility

If you are charged in error, or are dissatisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription period, contact us and we will issue a full refund. Outside of this window, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you will not be charged again after cancellation.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@cronspark.com from the address associated with your account, including the email used at signup and the date of the charge. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

5. Downgrades

If your usage exceeds Free plan limits when your Pro subscription ends, affected Jobs or features (e.g. jobs beyond the Free plan limit, custom headers, webhook notifications) may be paused or disabled until you either remove the excess configuration or re-subscribe.
